Teasmade.com will endevour to send all orders out the same day if the order is received and processed by 3pm. However, this may not always be possible in the case of weekends or during exceptionally busy periods. If we cannot despatch your order within 3 working days of receipt for whatever reason, we will contact you and give the option to cancel your order.
Teasmade.com has systems in place that remove out of stock items from display. If an error occurs and an out of stock item is ordered, we will contact the customer and either; offer an alternative item or refund their credit card and cancel the order.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
Teasmade.com offers its customers a 30 day, money back guarantee, provided that the product has not been modified, damaged (accidentally or otherwise) or abused in any way and that the product is returned, if possible, in its ORIGINAL packaging. In the unlikely event of faulty goods, the customer must contact us BEFORE sending the item back for refund or replacement. This is so we can anticipate the arrival of the product and take prompt action to replace or refund as appropriate. We cannot accept responsibility for unidentified goods that arrive at our warehouse. In the case of non faulty goods being returned for refund within the 30 day guarantee period, the customer is expected to chose - and pay for - their own shipping method. None of these provisions affect your statutory rights.
